It’s About Time
Monday, March 12, 4:30-6:30 pm and Thursday, March 15, 4:30-6:30 pm

Will you remember to “spring forward” for Daylight Savings Time this year? Why do we adjust our clocks? Take a tour of Macculloch Hall built in 1810 to see and hear clocks dating from the 17th to 19th centuries.  How did each design improve upon the last? What designs failed? Scouts can then take on the role of product designer, observing, testing, and analyzing clocks in use. “Mind power” provides the spark of innovation when girls provide their own designs to improve upon the technology of time keeping.
